On the myTPC app for Android and iOS, and on the web. Your account, progress and certificates sync across all of them.

Download the app or open myTPC on the web, then sign in with Google, Apple or your email address.

Unlimited access to every training course on myTPC, a certificate for each course you complete, and 50% off all live webinars. Membership is annual and renews automatically, so your access is never interrupted.

No. Courses aren't sold individually — one membership unlocks all of them.

Yes. It renews every year through the payment method you used — autopay on the web and Android, or your Apple ID on iPhone.

Go to Account → Membership in the app or on the web and turn off auto-renewal. On iPhone, this opens your App Store subscription settings. You keep access until the end of the year you've paid for.

Webinars are booked separately, but members get 50% off every live webinar.

Register on myTPC. When the session starts, open it from the app or the web and join directly — there's no separate link to download or share.

Yes, each webinar needs to be attended. If you can't attend live, or miss part of it, you can watch the recording to complete your watch time.

For 7 days after the webinar ends.

Failed transactions are usually reversed by your bank within 5–7 working days. If the amount hasn't returned after that, email info@thepedagogycommunity.org with the transaction ID and a screenshot and we'll help you resolve it.

Yes. Bulk registration is available at a discounted per-teacher rate. Use the bulk registration option on the webinar page, or contact us.

Complete every lesson, pass the quizzes, and submit the short feedback form. Your certificate is issued automatically, emailed to you, and appears in the app under Credentials.

Attend the webinar, and once it has ended, fill in the feedback form — your certificate unlocks only after you submit it. If your watch time isn't enough, myTPC shows you how many more minutes of the recording you need to watch. Complete them within 7 days and your certificate is issued automatically.

Every certificate has a unique code and QR code. Anyone can check it at verify.thepedagogycommunity.org.

Yes. myTPC tracks your training hours for each academic year, split into live, self-paced and external trainings, so you can see where you stand against your board's annual requirement. You can also upload certificates from outside trainings to keep all your hours in one place.

Certificates use the name, school and designation on your profile, so keep those up to date. For a certificate that's already been issued, email info@thepedagogycommunity.org and we'll help.

A library of teaching material — worksheets, lesson plans, guides and more. Resources are currently free for everyone.

Your school gets a pool of seats. Your school admin invites teachers, and each teacher accepts the invite to get full access. Admins track every teacher's training progress and hours from a dashboard, with your school's logo and white-labelled progress reports.

Your admin can remove them from their seat. Whether the seat returns to your pool straight away depends on how much training that teacher has already completed. Any progress and certificates the teacher earned stay with them.

TPC Nexus is a fully customised institutional partnership — not a fixed plan. It's designed for larger school groups, district-level organisations, or partners who need bespoke training calendars, white-labelling, or deep integrations. It is invite-only; reach out via the For Schools page to start the conversation.
