Certificate compliance
for trainers.

What you get

Certificates teachers and schools can trust

Keep your trainers, content and format. We handle certification, verification and the connection to myTPC.

Verifiable certificates

TPC issues every certificate, naming your organisation, with a unique ID anyone can check at verify.thepedagogycommunity.org — no more unverifiable PDFs.

Board-aligned hours

Programmes are reviewed against board professional development expectations before they're certified, so schools can count the hours.

Straight into the myTPC app

Certificates land in each teacher's myTPC account — on the app and the web — alongside the rest of their training record.

Attendance, captured for you

At live events teachers check in by scanning your trainer's code in the myTPC app. For webinars, submit attendees' names and emails and we onboard them into myTPC.

Access to the TPC ecosystem

Connect your trainings to a community of 12,000+ teachers and 250+ schools already using myTPC for their professional development.

Affiliation assistance

A dedicated contact to help with onboarding, programme reviews and anything your participants need.

How it works

From your training to a verifiable certificate

  1. Tell us about your trainings

Share your topics, format, duration and the boards your participants teach under.

  2. Alignment review

We review each programme for board alignment and agree what each certificate will state.

  3. Capture attendance

Live events: teachers scan your trainer's code in the myTPC app. Webinars: submit attendees' names and emails to onboard them into myTPC.

  4. Certificates, issued and verifiable

After attendance and feedback, TPC issues each certificate following CBSE protocols — in the myTPC app, by email, and verifiable by anyone.

Verification

Checkable by anyone, in seconds

Principals, boards and inspection teams can confirm any certificate by entering its unique ID at verify.thepedagogycommunity.org (opens in a new tab). No login, no emails back and forth.

Every certificate also stays in the teacher's myTPC record, ready for appraisals and accreditation.

FAQs

Questions from training providers

The Pedagogy Community is the certificate-issuing authority for every training delivered by an affiliated organisation. Each certificate names your organisation, the training, the hours completed and the participant, and carries a unique ID that can be verified online.

Before we certify a programme, we review its content, duration and delivery against the professional development expectations of the board your participants teach under, such as CBSE. Only programmes that meet them are certified, so schools can count the hours with confidence.

Certificates are issued only after a participant has attended and submitted feedback — the same flow as TPC's own webinars, and following CBSE protocols for certificate issuers. The certificate goes to their myTPC account, in the app and on the web, and by email.

Anyone can enter the certificate ID at verify.thepedagogycommunity.org to confirm the participant's name, the training, its duration, the date of participation and the issuing authority — checked against The Pedagogy Community's records. No login is needed.

No. You keep your trainers, content and format — online or in person. Only attendance is recorded through myTPC. At live, in-person events, teachers check in by scanning your trainer's code in the myTPC app. For webinars, we give you a simple way to submit attendees' names and emails, which onboards them into myTPC.

Pricing is by proposal and depends on the number of trainings and participants. Tell us about your programmes using the form on this page and we'll reply within two business days.
